Gardman USA is a wholesale company and therefore does not sell directly to the retail market. Foxgloves & Ivy Floral Design Studio accepts and processes retail orders for the vast product inventory from Gardman USA. F&I does not stock product �� all Gardman USA products are drop-shipped from their warehouse in Kennesaw, Georgia.

RETURN POLICY: Gardman USA will not consider returns unless items are purchased in ��case�� lots. Requests for Returns will be considered on a one by one basis by Gardman USA, not Foxgloves & Ivy. Should a return be authorized by Gardman USA, customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges, including UPS Call tag and a 25% restock fee. This fee is charged by Gardman USA, not Foxgloves & Ivy.

SHIPPING & HANDLING INFORMATION

Shipping & handling charges for the majority of Gardman USA (formerly Rainbow Garden Products) are 27% of the product totals. Some items, indicated on the website, will be charged at "OVERSIZE" rates... small items may be shipped via UPS 3 day service (fits in their envelopes - for example, Hi-Lows), consequently the delivery charges may vary.

Oversized items (marked) will NOT be charged shipping/delivery fees at checkout of internet order. Once item has shipped from warehouse, we will contact you to secure shipping charges.

All merchandise is shipped UPS Ground service.

During peak season (March - September) shipping is approximately 4 weeks (business days only, Monday-Friday) from date of order. All product ships from Kennesaw Georgia.
