Bar Mitzvah or Bat Mitzvah - what a wonderful moment in the life of a young man or woman honoring their accomplishments and the traditional "coming of age" into the community.

It is marked by participation in services and reading the Torah and leading the congregation in prayer. Normally, right after the service, a celebration with a special meal commemorates the mitzvah. This is a way for families to celebrate a rite of passage, as well as bring extended families together from far away to reunite for a joyous celebration.

Typically, your first consultation with Foxgloves & Ivy should be between 6-12 months prior to the special day. At that time, we begin the process of planning your child's celebration tailoring to your wishes and desires and budget.
